    Main water line break. Plumber (Larry ********) repaired/replaced water line on 9/22/23, I paid in full ($3,000). To date, and after numerous reminders to Larry via text, I’m still awaiting my final inspection and passed county permit.

    Inspector was at my property on 11/17/23, but inspection failed due to plumbing work not being visible (plumber covered up everything day of repair (9/22/23).

    I have been in touch with the Department of Inspections & Permits in Annapolis and have been informed that the plumber has up to 6 months to complete the job, and also to my dismay, they can’t pressure him to follow through.

    I also need the passed permit for filing a claim with Constellation Home whom I have a service policy.
    NOTE: They were contacted first but could not send someone out before Larry.

    Good Evening.

    Id like to start by saying I am sorry this matter has come to this. We have been in business for almost 26 years and this is a first negative review on BBB. I arrived at your home when you were in need of a plumber to help you get your water turned on due to a water main break. I willingly listened to your complaints of your service providers (************* ****) high quote to replace the water main and their delayed scheduling. I offered you a very fair price of $3000 dollars which was over $2000 less then your service provider and on top of that we scheduled and completed the job asap. We did this job as an emergency replacement knowing it had been days since you had water due to your service provider turning off your water at the county meter. We completed this job for you and covered the trench only because bad weather was in the forecast the same day and days following. We did not want the trench collapsing and or any persons falling in trench. I was unable to meet inspector on site the day of inspection but I talked to him on the phone to discuss Inspection. As always we completed this job per local plumbing code and We also took photos as needed to provide to the inspector before we covered trench. We saved you money and had your water back on in a very timely fashion. However we do apologize for not returning a copy of a passed plumbing permit in a timely fashion or to your service providers request. As i had text you before receiving this letter, we are scheduled Wednesday, January 17th to provide you with a Passed plumbing Permit. My sincere apologies.
