    I was not informed correctly about packages. What I explained I wanted was not what I was charged for and I canceled my contract and payment within 10 minutes of leaving a free session. I was then told they have no cancellation policy and do not refund under any circumstances. I called different locations, and was told there is a 72 hour cancellation policy. I was repeatedly lied to and ignored so I resorted to getting everything in writing in emails. I would never recommend or use this business and I am very concerned that the employee has my credit card information. Please be aware of this fraudulent location. I wanted to cancel my policy and get a full refund because I literally walked out of the door, read what they had signed me up for, and canceled. This is a horrific business practice.

    I'm a retired LEO and veteran, I'm also a Cancer survivor. I joined this business for medical needs on my muscles. Everything was fine until a few month's after opening when the demand and lack of personnel affected the overall customer service. From the technician that helps the stretching to the receptionist. The GM also never returned calls and didn't held their word as previously spoken in a conversation about my disgusted experience with the employee. We had come to an agreement to wait until the Annapolis office was opened for me to get therapy closer to home and not to cancel membership. We'll they continue to charge me for 3 month until Christmas when I checked my account and discovered the business had harged me over $300. When I contacted the office the receptionist was completely unprofessional and the GM never returned my calls. Very unsatisfied customer that lost some money and faith on this business.
