  I was really happy with Landmark Roofing. From start to finish, they guided me through the whole process. They also took care to explain what will happen next. The roof looks very nice and now I have peace of mind.

  I highly recommend Landmark Roofing Company for their professional service from start to finish.They explained every detail,worked deli gently with my insurance agent,responded to calls and emails promptly.I was very satisfied with the cost and the *********** new roof was completed in less than half a day including the great clean up.Many thanks to ******* and the whole team.

  Landmark Roofing rescued me when I needed a new roof to purchase new property insurance after my current insurer retired.. All of the people I talked to were very helpful, skilled, and courteous. They were very quick to schedule the work and completed it in twelve days, including replacing roof, reinstalling gutter guards, and installing two new ***** skylights. In addition they gave me $500.00 off using a coupon from the ******* **** *****.

  Landmark replaced the roof and gutters on the house and garage. Communication with reps was seamless and without incident. They did a great job and now we have a beautiful roof and guards on the gutters. None of the plants around the house were damaged and we've only found 2 nails. Thank you Landmark!

  The installers arrived as promised and were professional and tidy. A neighbor recommended Landmark, and I work in Virginia, so I did take the time to get a second or third opinion. My realtor later indicated that the price quoted for my 1,100-square-foot house was extremely high. I did a bit of digging, and research and found that the high end for such a replacement was close to 3,000, but I paid almost twice that price. It is my fault for not getting other estimates; their job was good. Bottom line, good work, professional installers, but do your due diligence before investing $5700 for gutters and guards.

  [4/5/24 - Millersville,MD] Yes, I have a new roof. But not without disappointment. First off on the day of install, I was told install team would arrive at 7am. At 6:15am they are ringing my doorbell. :(
  The saleman described how my property would be protected throughout the process of reroofing. Flower beds would be protected with tarping, and post work, they would sweep the lawn with "powerful magnets" to pick up nails. They did NOT protect my flower beds or lawn as promised. By the end of the job, the flower beds were trampled and I had to hand pick-up a fair amount of left-over old roofing debris and new roofing packaging that was allowed to blow in the wind during installation.
  The project manager was on site for maybe 20 minutes (am) after the install had already started. An returned later (pm) in the day to say he was on his way to Pikesville. The workers left just after 6pm that evening.
  The next day, I hit several nails and tin snips while mowing my lawn (dispite watching carefully for any while mowing). I also found chunks of rock facia from somewhere on my chimney, so I am left wonder if my chimney is going to become a problem in the future.
  The roof looks good from the ground, but only time will tell if it stands up... - Crossed Fingers - considering their ground-level performance.

  Thorough and very reasonable estimate provided. Job started exactly when scheduled. Crew(of 8 workers!)was professional and tear off , repairs and replacing roof with quality materials was completed in less that one day! Very pleased with result and would highly recommend.

  We hired Landmark to replace our roof, gutters and downspouts. We worked with Donald K****, Sales Manager who was very professional. He came out and went on our roof where he discovered a hole with a tree branch protruding from it. We saw where water had leaked into the house. Donald showed us a picture of the hole and because of the storm coming in with heavy rains predicted he said he would make the repair. He left and came back with materials to make the repair. We at this point had not signed a contract with any one and were debating our decision. Due to Don going above and beyond that made our decision. All of their employees were professional and did an excellent job. We would highly recommend them.
