My car was vandalize and they stole all four tires off my car leaving me on an old microwave and a used Mercedes tire on each side to hold up the car. My front windshield crack, minor scratches to the body, and left my front bumper banged up pretty bad. I report it to the police, the property manager, and of course to my insurance company (Progressive). What a bad experience with them, as this is my first claim ever for the years and years, I been a valued customer. I was not treated as a value customer, instead I got the bad service, and got the run around because of lack of communication on their end, within their teams. First, they send over a tow truck to tow it my car to the Shop. The tow truck was not aware that the vehicle did not have tires and they weren't' able to tow it. After waiting a couple more hours, another tow truck came and finally got the car towed. After the car made it to the shop, the field adjuster called and state the he called the shop and they do not have my car. Come to find out they had another address out of state and was given a different address for the Shop that the car got towed too. Now they saying the 3 issues that were done to my car was not related to one another (even if it was on the same night), I had to file separate claims and two pay my deductible twice, they was sure that the windshield and the bumper was not related to the vandalism or connected to the stolen tires. They "KNOW" it was separate incidents, like they knew what happen to my car the night of the vandalism and thief of my tires. I pay them faithfully every month and now they're trying to say I am not the victim and they feel I need to file separate claims. I think they did that to get twice the deductible out of me. Do you think that is fair? Progressive do not get anything insured with them.

Underwriting will automatically add a driver to your policy, that has no collational to you whatsoever to you, without your permission. They state that they, "sent you an email asking you to reach out to them if this driver is unknown or they will automatically add her to the policy if they receive no response."
The underwriting agent further told me that this unknown person popped up on their report that this person should be added to my policy; when this unknown never lived at my property (had the same mailing address) or has any relation to my family.
Never have I ever delt with or heard of an insurance company being able to do this. The underwriting agent I spoke with had ZERO empathy skills, continued to talk over me and actually told me I was wrong when she compared herself and her experiences to mine.
Insurance companies, unlike Progressive, have ALWAYS reached out to me via phone whenever changes or amendments pertaining to my policy came about. The only answer I received from the underwriter was, "you're enrolled in paperless billing, so we sent out an email." DO BETTER Progressive. Without customers, you would have no business. Train and coach your employees better.
