    Dear Better Business Bureau/BBB ***************************** On Sunday, August 25th I had a 10:00am hair appointment and was serviced at ******** Hair Braiding/Barber Shop in ****************. I called in advice when on the way to the appointment and still had to wait over an hour to sit in the chair. At this appointment, I was serviced for knotless braids at the salon. Unfortunately, the service was not performed to standard based on uneven hair parting, messy braids that were uneven, and unprofessional braiding. Although the stylist tried to redo some of the braids at the service a style that usually takes 5-6 hours took almost 10 full hours. In addition, the service was so inadequate that I contacted the stylist the next day to communicate that I was not pleased with the service performed and asked for a refund or another appointment to have the service done over. I was charged $220 for braids that were messy and uneven and not quality work. In addition, within 24 hours my braids were fuzzy. I was told by the stylist that she would not do the style over or provide a refund. Unfortunately, the service was not professional and inadequate to the level of quality for a senior stylist and should have been fixed so I had to completely remove the braids within 24 hours. To resolve the problem, I would like a full refund since I had to remove the braids since they were done so unprofessionally. I have enclosed copies of the transaction, text messages, and photos. I would like for a full refund and plan to contact a consumer protection agency for additional help.

    Good Morning how are you I called your shop on July 1,2023 to get my hair done and you stated that someone had just got out your chair and you were free so I came to your shop to get my hair done. I’m not sure if you were tired from just doing someone else or if you just didn’t want to do my hair but when I woke up I noticed that some of my braids were in the bed with me, so I HAD TO REDO them then when I went to put my hair in a ponytail MORE braids came out. Today is July 9th and my hair looks like it’s been done for months already! This is totally unacceptable! I need to know how do we go about fixing this problem because this is horrible
