    I am rejecting this response because:

    The company has not resolved the issue. There are multiple ways we would be satisfied with the resolution and they have not offered any. So I hope that other customers are aware of this if they work with them. We still have a pending complaint that we requested a review of our chimney/fireplace, and their work they quoted us was insufficient to address the original request so the work is not complete. I think other customers should ensure that they get other quotes from other companies so they can get a comprehensive view of what needs to be done to make their fireplace safe. This companys inspection was not comprehensive and is trying to extract more money from us for what was originally requested. The issue will be resolved once they finish the work or they adjust the balance. Otherwise its unethical the way they are conducting business and I hope other customers are aware
