    Hi, I attended a Helium10 boot camp where a rep gave us a code to use for a free month of Helium 10 access in April. However, on the following month, I was charged. I reached out to a support rep in May via your email and asked her to refund me the $99 and cancel the account. I was under the impression that was done as is clearly evident by me not using the account since then because it should have been closed! I have been literally fleeing for my life from domestic violence since May and I am now in a domestic violence shelter with my toddler. I just got the time to settle down and reconcile my accounts and I see a continued charge of $99 from Helium 10 from May, June, July, August, September, and October. I definitely need the refund back asap and mad that the rep did not honor my request then. I tried to contact customer support via chat but I am getting generic responses there and same generic push email notifications, which is very frustrating! The email associated with this account in dispute is *************@*****.***. I tried to call your support number to talk to a live person and the number is not in service!! Kindly refund and close this account ASAP because Helium 10 is not a company I would love to work with based on all this. Regards,***********************
