    I’m a owner of a streetwear clothing business and I reached out to this company for the “brand direction package” package total is $1500, I’ve paid $1100 so far. I will attach invoice on items I was supposed to receive in that package. My first payment was made in February which I was told 4-6 for completion of this project, I’ve only had verbal conversations with this company about five times, everything else is via txt messages. I would give my ideas on designs that I would like and they would try to recreate. This process still hasn’t been successful. I’ve been given incorrect files which were confirmed by printing shops, the designs have been very poor and I feel our ideas don’t match. I reached out recently for a refund but the owner declined and told me he would just send the website info and three designs which I still don’t have. I was on a timeframe to have my designs before summer season however the back and forth on the designs was never on the same page. I feel I’ve wasted my time and money with this company and when I advised that instead of the owner understanding where I’m coming from as a customer, he decided to argue with me. Very unprofessional. They created mock ups for me that can’t even be physically created. I have several messages stating I don’t like the designs. Txt messages are attached, my writing is in the blue bubble. Please reach out I have a phone full saved and I can print them out if needed. My website domain was purchased by me. The clothing labels and tags are my ORIGINAL designs before I reached out to this company.
