      This past July I discontinued my subscription to ACORN TV. However they have continued to charge me $6.99 monthly for services maintaining the account is active under a former email account ******************** I have repeatedly informed them I did not activate the the account with that email. I request: 1)Full reimbursement of the $34.95. 2)Confirmation of the deactivation of the account with the ***************** address. 3)Confirmation my account using the *********************** email.

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      Just, as a update, in reviewing the matter further my records show that I began my ***** TV subscription on March 2, 2019, have never used the ************* email for the subscription and have always used the ***********************  email. So, someone else has been using my personal data to stream *****, which means ***** TV has been hacked/breached.

      Be assured, your assistance in this matte is greatly appreciated.

      I canceled my allblk subscription 09/13/23 and I'm still being charged monthly for the subscription. I received an email confirmation on 09/13/23 that the subscription was cancelled but I'm still being charged monthly for the subscription.

      On 9/23/23 I signed up for a subscription to Allblk, I canceled the subscription on 10/23 here it is 11/15 and they have tried to charge my card on 4 different occasions after i have call them and they have told me that the subscription is canceled in their system so why are they charging me. The most recent call I was asked 3 different times why I want to cancel the subscription.

      I cancelled my TV subscription back in August 27, 2022. I have an emailed showing proof I cancelled it. This company continue to charge my credit card 59.99 for yearly service. Now I’m in a dispute with my credit card company because of their lack of standing by their word. I want my service cancelled!!

      I cancelled this subscription on Aug 31, 2023. I received two emails to confirm this. On Sep 16, they billed me again. I reached out to my bank to stop payment and to see if I need to do anything else. I then reached out to AllBlk, via email, to inform them of their shenanigans. They sent me another email, Sep 26, 2023, informing me that they had cancelled it again. My bank just informed me that they send notification to AllBlk to stop billing my card but that I may need to get fraud involved. I need my money back and I do not want to have anything else to do with this company. Who would have known that I company that falls under the umbrella of BET would do this to their customers. They had sent me this: This is a reminder that your trial for ******* (ALLBLK) on ****** Play will end on Aug 31, 2023. You'll be automatically charged as described below to the payment method provided unless you cancel before then. You can cancel anytime and see upcoming charges in Subscriptions on ****** Play. Learn how to cancel.Summary Next payment$5.99/month (plus any taxes)Payment dateAug 31, 2023 So, IF that is true, they would have charged me $5.99! Where is this bogus $64.79 coming from? At any rate, I need my money back and I will not subscribe to anything, in the future, that has to do with this company.

      I started a free 7 day trial that resulted in a yearly subscription of about $60. Shortly thereafter I started being kicked out of the app when attempting to watch shows. I reached out multiple times doing help desk tickets and aside from promises to help, nothing was done. It has been 4 months since signing up and at least 3 months since reaching out for help. I sent in the requested information to help diagnose the issue and still have nothing to show for it. I would just like to get my refund and cancel the subscription.

      Horrible platform and service. They don't put up their promised content on time and refuse to give refunds when they don't add the content you are paying for. When you reach out they completely shrug you off and tell you to get over it and wait

      I purchased a month subscription mid January to watch Love after lock up. This is the only show I wanted to watch on this app. When I clicked on the show title, the entire app closes out. There is no error. I have tried troubleshooting by rebooting my ****, logging on, deleting the app and readding it to no avail. I reached out to ALLBLK on 1/21. They were very responsive how ever my problem was never fixed. It has been about a month, my subscription is about to end and I haven’t been able to watch the only show I want to watch on the app. I was not reimbursed nor could I get another month for not being able to use the app. I’m highly disappointed. I only wanted to watch my show. But now I wasn’t able to watch it and I’m also now out of money. I really just want a resolution but if that isn’t possible I would at least want to warn another person. SAVE YOUR MONEY! I would not recommend this app to any not even to watch on your phone. If you can use any other app but this one.

      I had a free trial with AllBlk canceled and it said you can get a free month so you won’t leave. I cancelled on Dec 03 , 2022 and there still trying to take out money on Dec 09, 2022. I put in 3 tickets no response. I’m gonna have to close my bank account so ALLBLK won’t steal my money. Scammers
