    The store employee locked the doors earlier than the closing time. Most people get off late and try to rush in the store to handle their personal business by the store closing of 7pm. They cannot do this if the employees lock the doors before closing time. Some materials are time sensitive and by the employees closing early this constitutes a problem. If the hours say, ex. 10am-7pm,that's exactly what it means. Unlock and open the doors at 10am and close and lock the doors at 7pm. Do not open before 10 am or close before 7pm. This particular day(November 21,2022) the employee closed and locked up at around 6:45. That's a whole 15 minutes before closing. My personal business would have only taken 5 minutes. I stood outside knocking on the door telling the employee that it's not 7 yet. He proceeded to keep saying but "we're closed". I stayed out by the door until 6:57pm or so. He did not open the door nor did he come to the door. Legally the store should have been opened until 7pm but it was not. This is not the first time that they have done this. I understand the employees wanna hurry and get the work done to leave but they can't close and lock the doors before the closing time just so they can go home. If the employees wanna close and lock the doors earlier than closing time, they need to communicate with the employer to have the store closing time and hour earlier. It's not fair to the consumers that the employees close and lock up earlier than scheduled time. We depend on them as well as the store open and closing times. Thank you.
