I first want to say that I was a little skeptical about bobtail when I initially heard of them because they were newer in the factoring industry, but to my surprise they lived up to everything they promised! They make factoring very easy and hassle free. They assign you a team to help with any issues that may arise, and they are very efficient and prompt at taking care of what you need! They are to me, the only company that you can call and a person answers every time without fail, and with zero hold time! I appreciate that they kept their word, no contract, I can cancel at anytime and I am very satisfied and happy with Bobtail! They are the better choice when it comes to factoring!
