    The owner/attendant is so useless if theres any issue with the pump. While waiting in line to resolve my own issue someone else raised an issue about needing a receipt and the guy told him after the fact since there was no sign posted, that the receipt was broken on the pump (and 1 other). Ge didnt even offer to give him a receipt from the register. Then its my turn and I him that the pump cancelled my supermarket rewards (which would have saved me $10). He told me to call Shell. No customer service understanding or explanation as to why the pump cancelled my transaction causing the loss isn the first place. Just told me to call one of the largest oil conglomerates to complain about my gas rewards. The guy is USELESS and i would avoid giving him your business as he has no interest to help his customers with any problem. My theory is that he cancelled the transaction when he saw I was going to save money on the sale to force me to pay full price at the other pump. Of course I cant prove that intention but the lack of care or curiosity on how to resolve for me or future customers would indicate it was purposeful.

    hi,coustomer make the complan about shell rewerds .  reward giant super market give there coustomer to get 10 cent or some other amout to use at shell gas station or some other reward from * ***** , if there is any problem with those points coustomer have to call them to find out why those reward not working ,and other thing some time they not update in there system same day coustomer have to wait until they update in there system .and no one as purpose cancel the transaction ,we try to give our coustomer best coustomer service to come back, and other issue with recpite paper if coustomer did not recpite out side at the pump sorry for that but some time paper finish at the same time but we check it out recpite paper every day two time if there is any paper finish we put it new .
