    On June 7,2023, I contacted ********************************* from K'Mar Hardscapers, LLC concerning several loose bricks on my brick paver patio. This patio was installed,by K'Mar Hardscapers, LLC on May 19, 2022, costing me $15,200.00. There is a three (3) year warranty included to repair any damage. Unfortunately, **********************, only responded by text and one phone call, giving me several excuses for not making the time to repair the loose bricks. For, example,he contacted me on June 8th, requesting me to text him photos of the damage and I did. June 10th,he texted me to give me an outrageous price on sealing patio/power washing and Pergola/gazebo installation that I previously requested. However, I stated that I just want my loose bricks repaired. On June 13th, two days later, ***** stated that he will be sending a gentleman to do the repair work. I waited until June 28th to follow up with *****, and he did not respond until July 1st. He stated that they have been working out of the area and it's difficult to stop by. Nevertheless, he stated that he will be in the area by the end of the week and of course, he did not show up. I called his phone today, July 19th and no answer or return phone call.I have been very patience and hopefully, I will be able to get the support I need from BBB to solve this issue soon. Please reply at your earliest convenience sir or ma'am.

    The repairs have been done a week prior to me responding to this complaint. I asked the home owner to please be patient; this is our busiest time of the year. At the time , I did not have crew availability, due to other projects I had going on. As for the sealant and pergola, I gave the best price possible since Paver Sealant is pricey and his patio required many gallons to seal completely for a 800 sqft patio.
