    I have had renters insurance and car insurance with the company while living at ***************************** Apt *******, germantown ******. I tried to reach them more than 30x between March and July to inform them I needed homeowners insurance and never succeeded so I called ****** directly and had that taken care of. I subsequently cancelled and switched to ***** having received ***** ** *******. The company kept sending me bills as though they were still the provider and realized there was a collection on my credit ***** account. All attempts to reach them has been futile. I just received a new insurance package. I realized that when I contacted ****** to try to cancel the car insurance to be moved to ***** I asked for a home owners insurance which was not taken care of. The package has my rental address on it and still has that horrible company as my agent even after requesting that to be discontinued. I cannot tell what they have been doing and beginning to understand why I received one bill after the cancelation and switch to *****. My new mail has both my current home and old rented property on it. I will be.grateful if you could help me clear this problem and have them fix any dent that collection may have had on my credit considering I followed due process both with the agent and ****** to fix this.
