    At approximately 4pm on 11/11/22 I went to the store to purchase some items. I approached the store employee, an Asian male, to ask where they were located. He immediately began yelling at me without provocation and using curse words. I sought help from the other store employee who profusely apologized for his colleague’s behavior. I completed my purchase and went home and had my daughter call the store at about 4.40pm to report the incident to the store manager. The person who answered the phone admitted to being the manager and also said he had talked to me but denied using threatening language. When my daughter stated it can be seen on the store camera he aggressively yelled “the audio is turned off”. He again proceeded to lose his temper. I don’t believe such a person should be serving our community and I shared that I would report the incident to the BBB.

    Dear to whom it may concern,

    Hello, after receiving this complaint, I originally did not want to respond due to the nature of the complaint. However, after taking some time to think about it, I resolved that it is only right for the BBB to hear my perspective in efforts to find peace.

    I have served this community for around 10 years, and received no complaints. I have earned my respect in this community by pouring out my love for God, family and the people. If she really knew me, she would not bear false witness against me. 

    The woman who complained forgot to mention, she exclaimed, "No! I am the victim here!" giving off the false sense of privilege and pursuit of social justice to spare her mother's feelings. In the pejorative sense, she was acting like a *****, to feel proud of her opinions. 
    I did not say, "the audio is turned off", I precisely said, "the recording does not capture audio"  
    Not only this, I also said she is having a misunderstanding, and would like to be peaceful with her.
    She was the one adamant on threatening me by complaining to the BBB. 

    Epitome is, she is entitled to live how she lives, and if complaining is her prerogative, I am not a man to equivocate. I am not a perfect person, but I try my best to love one another, and treat others the way I want to be treated. I hope this woman and the BBB team has a wonderful New Year.
