      We bought our whole kitchen appliances from this company. We have had multiple, multiple problems and issues with the stove top, refrigerator and our microwave. They keep coming and going for several times to fix each item. People are nice but not competent or knowledgeable about the issues at hand. We have been very unsatisfied with this company. We do NOT recommend them!

      I had a great purchasing experience in the ********** showroom. However, when I spoke with someone in ************* to order a part that did not require service, it took months to respond. I paid over $1500 for a replacement part that never arrived, and an operator tried to schedule a service appointment for me for a part they had no confirmation of being in their possession. After many phone calls and being transferred numerous times, I received an email stating that I would get a refund for not even half of the payment of the part. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful in getting me the full refund--I never dealt with a person who behaved unprofessionally. However, I cannot fathom why it took so many people, phone calls, and so much record searching to find what went wrong. This was a time-sucking aggravation that displayed a communication/system problem among several departments, when a business dealing with so many high-end manufacturers should be running far more smoothly than what I witnessed. I am probably not going to use ABW again, because I do not have confidence that I will be charged correctly or that the service/product request process will be efficient.

      Terrible service; we bought our washer and dryer there. We called ABW when our washing machine indicated an E11 code. It took a week to get an appointment for the repair. The service charge was $155 and the person didn't even know the machine basics. Our machine had this very common problem code, E11, but our repair person never heard of it. He should have been trained to handle this very common repair. ABW would have required another visit to fix the washer. Instead, We got someone online in a day and he fixed it immediately. I would never buy anything at ABW again.

      I used the Baltimore store for ABW. The experience was stellar. From the time that I interacted with John in the showroom; to the time that the installation was complete. Don't be fooled by Costco's free delivery, installation, and removing of old stove; the final price was competitive at ABW. The installers, Henry and Maurizio could not have been better. They even helped me clean 30 years of debris under the old stove. I would highly recommend them.
