      I have requested, numerous times (at least 6) for copies of invoices from the Karate my son, ***** ****** has taken with Mr. ********* in 2024. He said he would send the invoices and I have never received them. All I want are the receipts of my proof of payment. My son ***** ****** took Karate with *** ************ in the Spring of 2024 and Fall/Winter of 2024. The March payment is $228.00 and the Fall/Winter Payment is $418.00

      Hope all is well with you.

      In response to the complaint. When I last spoke with the complainant I mentioned everything was paid online with their credit card through ******. And I was willing to write them an ********** appears they wanted it sooner than I could get to it. I didn't realize it was an urgent situation. I regret that I didn't meet their needs. Moving forward I will try to do better.
