    I ordered a foldable treadmill walking pad ** *** * in 1 smart folding treadmill model *********** from kiteok.com and have not received my package and the package says its been delivered (22 days) with the tracking #************* that the company emaied me. I have tried calling the company with the 2 phone numbers I found on the website and one rings and rings and the other number says call can not be completed at this time and i have tried sending 2 emails with the 2 emails I have found on website and whats been emailed to me with order information. My boyfriend paid $89.94 for my christmas present and Id like to get his money back for him but have not been able to get in contact with anyone with the company.

    I purchased this item on September 7th, 2022. I received the order confirmation email. I paid $95.00 for a pair of kayaks, but I did not receive the items. I made several attempts to call and email the customer support with no success. I attempted a to get a reimbursement from my financial institution, which they did temporarily. The refund was reversed because they state the item was delivered but I have not been contacted or seen any proof of that.

    Me and my family bought items from this website for a memorial in may they gave a fake tracking number and it said the items was delivered but we never received the item when we contacted them they said the post office had it but they didnt have a tracking number for me to give to the post office and when i spoke to the post office and described everything they said there was no package i have since asked for a refund and they have never refunded me they keep saying they will and they never did, its to the point im going to take legal actions if they still proceed to not give us our money back

    a purchased item from Kiteok.com website walking pad on September 27, 2022, yet has not arrived. several attempts have been made to contact the company with no recourse. the phone number listed is no good. credit card was charged.

    Ordered a plastic outdoor shed for $80. They sent me a set of "sleeves" their number is not in service and their return department number just rings. Emails go unanswered.

    My name is *********************************** and I am writing this in behalf of my mother ***********************************. She is unable to write this email due to receiving surgery on both her hands. She order a shed from Kiteok for 80 dollars plus shipping and she never received the item and when she tries to contact customer service it was non-existent. We then searched for reviews about this company and we found dozens upon dozens of complaints about how this website is a scam and no one received their items and were unable to get in contact with them for a refund. I have attached the order confirmation email from Kiteok of the purchase.

    I order a rolling suitcase from www.kiteok.com for $54.96 on 8/23/22. Instead of sending me the product, I was sent a cheap belt instead. From this website, it looks like there are many victims of this scam. ********************************************
