This Club Pilates Sliver Springs studio is poorly managed. I have contacted them several times regarding the authorization charges on my account. authorities. Again, the studio was not effectively managed. There was is system in place where the instructors are tasked with not only starting the class on time but also taking attendance. Unfortunately, there wasn't always a front desk person available. If your instructor failed to take attendance and you didn't double-check before leaving the class, you run the risk of not being signed in. This could potentially result in being marked as a no-show for the class. and if youre going 3 to 4 times a week that starts at up.As not all of the instructors knew your name nor would they call out your name at the time the class would start. Management, rarely answer your emails. If you were on the waitlist for the 6:30 AM class and you were taken off the waitlist, during the middle of the night, and you did not receive the notice, because you were sleeping. That would be considered a no call no-show to the class and you would get a $15 fine. The unlimited membership combined with the military discount totaled $230 Additionally, there were charges or late fees incurred, up to around nine or eight per month. As, the instructors would just forget to mark you as present. The system is hoping that youre not paying attention. Whats $10 or $15 here or there. I happened to be tracking my bank account because I am on a budget. This is so egregious. I put my 30 day notice to cancel my membership, and contacted my bank to reverse the charges. Now theyre saying, I cannot cancel my membership or close my account because when I disputed the charges with the bank, the went back to my account. I cant cancel my membership or they wont accept my 30 day cancellation to my membership, because I had fees on my account. So, I now owe my membership fee and the other fees the bank reversed that I disputed.
