    I ordered a unit from Golden Empire and when I received the unit it was shedding really bad. I contacted seller and she agreed to remake unit. She sent a picture of a jet black , shoulder length unit before shipping and made me believe that was my unit. However, I received a ** colored unit that was very short, a little above my chin line. When I reached out to her showing her pictures which clearly showed it wasn’t the same unit she continued to lie and then began ignoring me. I reached out again via *********, email and text with no success. The seller even blocked me on ********* and has refused to respond or give me a refund. She also lied about shipping for the remade unit , I paid $50 in belief that I would receive the unit in 1 day express , she continued to lie and say that the post office said I would receive it the next day. After I paid $50 for shipping she sent a screenshot of the receipt saying that expected shipping date was 2 days guaranteed. I still did not receive unit in 2 days. She did however give me a refund for shipping which I shouldn’t have had to pay being that I already paid shipping for the original unit that was shedding like a dog and very oily.
