    On the recommendation of a different window repairman I contracted with Blaine Window Repair Service to replace a vandalized window on an exterior door. They returned 5 weeks later with a window of incorrect size. The installer apologized and said that the company would rush order a window that fit. It is now 7 weeks later and the company is telling me that they have no idea where the replacement window is. They have zero accountability and it is next to impossible to reach someone who knows what they are doing on the phone. Now it is winter and I still have a boarded up window and no time frame and no offer of a refund on my deposit. Unbelievable!
