      Royal Plus was hired under our  Insurance company to do service and repairs to our house after a flooding incidence involving our water heater. After completion of the project it came to our attention by another HVAC company that our furnace and water heater were reinstalled by an unlicensed company and not installed up to code, and didnt have an inspection sticker placed on it after reinstalling. Due to this it was found that our furnace was leaking gas into our house for the last three months. I contacted Royal plus, who agreed to pay for the repairs-but during the process of the repair it was discovered that the whole set up was out of code- both furnace and water heater, and that the whole gas line needed to be rerouted due to it been pinched between the furnace and water heater. This has caused my husband and I extra money to repair and issue that should have been done correctly by Royal Plus when they reinstalled our equipment. Their incompetence or poor work has unknowingly put my family in danger for the last three months as we have been exposed to natural gas coming into our house. And if it wasnt for needed a new condensation pump we would never had know there was an issue with our equipment- which could have had deadly consequences due to exposure to gas! I contacted the manager and they agreed to pay for the repairs on the first invoice- but the amount will now increase due to the discovery of other items they installed not being done correctly.

      Royal Plus values all customer feedback and takes concerns
      seriously. We appreciate the opportunity to respond to this matter and have
      conducted a thorough internal review of the issues raised.
      On May 13, 2025, Royal Plus issued a reimbursement of
      $750.00 to the customer to cover the costs associated with the initial repairs.
      This payment was mailed directly as a good faith effort to resolve the matter.
      We have confirmed that the check was both deposited and cleared.
      Additionally, we are in  receipt  the outstanding invoice for
      $119.00, which was provided to us via BBB. A reimbursement check for this amount will be mailed to Mrs. ****** on
      Friday, June 20, 2025. This payment will satisfy the full reimbursement Mrs.
      ****** has requested to date.
      Should any further amounts be owed based on verified and
      documented repair costs directly related to this issue, we remain committed to
      reimbursing Mrs. ****** accordingly.
      We  sincerely apologize
      for  any inconvenience or distress it may
      have caused the homeowner and their family. Royal Plus remains dedicated to
      delivering high-quality service and upholding strong safety and performance
      standards on every project.
