    On February 28, 2024 I purchased a t-shirt bundle with a membership to USA Lacrosse for my son. I received the shirt on March 10 and immediately emailed the company stating the sizing seems off on the shirt and is quite undersized. I asked for guidance with this issue and received no response. Through my investigation on their website, I found a way to set up a return for the item on my own. I did so and received a notification approving my return on March 14, 2024. The shirt was mailed back to the company promptly. On March 18, 2024 I received an email stating that my return was denied. I emailed the company requesting a phone call to discuss this matter. I received an email response stating that the shirt was not able to be returned and I was sent a link to a bundle of a stick, t-shirt, and pajama pants, which I did not order. I responded and said I had not ordered this and that I had reviewed all of my paperwork, which did not state this item was a final sale. I, again, requested a phone call and received nothing. I have asked for my money back and requested assistance with moving forward towards a resolution, but have received no further communication. I now do not have the product nor do I have a refund of my $20. I would greatly appreciate assistance with this situation. Thank you.
