    This management at beacon point is shady and unprofessional just to start me and my wife moved In a few months ago we were never able to see the townhome before we moved in because management wouldnt let us cause of renovations and cleaning our moving date comes around the corner and we go to see the house its nothing like the pictures there problems all over the house things that dont work things that are loose things that are supposed to be there that arent there safety hazards outdated electronic fire alarms outdated washer dryer and dishwasher all the lights are outdated it was supposed to be completely renovated we are paying a premium rent for a non premium living space I had tried to get past this but it always bothered me going into the first month or so we constantly have been having problems with the bills changing and fluctuating things not working in the house random outlets not working things falling apart then then our ac unit went up had to wait 2 weeks just for a new one turns out the old unit was over 15 years old we had the only old unit out of all of the townhomes in our section and we suffered for it and this is my last reason for this complaint the complete unprofessionalism of the management and maintenance I had got locked out of my house after hours I had called them to let me in they told me it was a ************************************************************************************************************************************************************* for it I called and got into a 2vs 1 argument on the phone with the property manager and the head of maintenance they were trying to tell me just because I called and the maintenance seen me get into my house and then came to knock on the door that they can still charge me for I told them thats wrong you cant charge me for a service that you didnt provide maintenance brought my personal life into the conversation which is none of his business and now I feel uncomfortable in my home
