    This is a hard complaint to file. But Bill's Refrigeration and Air Conditioning has put this Disabled Veteran and his family in a tough spot.

    In September 2020, we hired Bill's to install a York gas furnace, heat pump and coil. We paid Bills $8,620.00. Over the next 2 years, we had multiple instances of the unit not working, and failing to keep the house cool or heated. I worked directly with Joe each time. The request was to install a efficient and reliable system. Joe stated that all of the equipment is under warranty and that the company has filed the appropriate paperwork.

    This past winter, the unit would intermittently stop working. We paid Bills $100 on January 5, 2023. Bills installed a new thermostat and thermostat wire. The unit continued to stop working intermittently. I called Joe on 3/10 to find resolution, he did not answer or return the call. On 4/7 the unit completely stopped working. No heating or cooling at all. I called and left a message. Joe did not answer or return the call. On that day I also sent a text message. No response.

    I found another company that came to the house on Monday 4/10, diagnosed the issue and repaired the unit on 4/11. This cost $775.
