      Bought a cage for about $1600.00 and it had holes in the side where a parrot's toe could get caught in and cut off possible. Contacted Customer Service and they said it was part of the manufacturing process-well that's a crappy process. They said I could send the cage back but would not give me a shipping label so that means I would have to spend about $150 to send a crappy cage back. Why should I have to do that? They stopped responding to me. Crappy company that sells crappy cages. Stay far away from them. They sell crap and when they get your money they stop talking to you.
