    We purchased ***** SRE 350 on May 7, 2021. We have had some issues and they came by and tried to resolve it. However they never did a one year courtesy service call after that. We have some issue with the stairlift beeping and can't figure out why.I am an 85 year old man and I'm very disappointed with my purchase. There have been issues and I cannot have issues with the stairlift.I did my research and believed that ***** products were in excellent quality but apparently my stairlift is not one of them.

    In January-February 2023 we communicated several times by email with this client when he contacted us regarding service. We informed him of the cost of a preventative service plan and/or service call. He continually stated that there should be an annual checkup of the stairlift at no cost and that we had never completed one. We informed him each time that there is no free annual checkup or service call.
    We/101 Mobility provided a 1-year warranty that covered the cost of service calls for the first year from 6/1/2021 to 6/1/2022 and we honored that warranty for the first year.
    Since he continually repeated his claim, we did not schedule any service call since January-February 2023 as we had no confidence that payment would be made if a service call were completed.
    We continue to have no confidence that payment will be made for any service calls.
    We will no longer provide service for the stairlift installed in this clients home, and we have informed the Stairlift Manufacturer of this isolated situation.
    This client will need to contact another stairlift service provider for all service on the stairlift.
    In this isolated case we will no longer provide any service for this clients stairlift.
