    I HAVE BEEN IN MY APARTMENT FOR THE LAST 3 WEEKS ALMOST A MONTH WITH OUT ANY AIR THE WEATHER HAS BEEN IN THE DEEP 90'S SINCE THEN I HAVE ASTHMA AND HAVE LITERALLY BEEN CALLING FOR WEEKS NOW AND GETTING THE RUN AROUND CONTINUOSLY SENDING *********** MEN TO MY HOME THAT ARE NOT EVEN THERE FOR MORE THAN 5 MINUTES IN THE BEGINNING FINALLY SENT A NEW CONTRACTOR WHO EXPLAINED THAT MY UNIT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AFTER FOLLOWING UP WITH THE RENTAL OFFICE THEYVE CONTINUED TO SEND *********** MEN AFTER ALREADY BEING TOLD IT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED .THEY SENT A MAINTENANCE MAN AGAIN TO INSTALL A PORTABLE AC UNIT WHICH HE DID NOT INSTALL CORRECTLY HE ****D IT IN MY WINDOW RUINING MY GLASS TWO DAYS LATER I WOKE UP AND IT WAS ON THE ***** CAUSING IT TO BE EVEN HOTTER I ENDED UP HAVING TO TAKE ALL THE **** THIS MAN USED OFF TO INSTALL IT MY SELF AND IT BLOWS OUT SO MUCH HEAT ITS NOT KEEPING ME COOL AT ALL!!! MOVING FORWARD ON FRIDAY 8/2/24 A NEWER CONTRACTOR CAME OUT AND WAS THERE FOR OVER AN HOUR TRYING TO FIX IT ONCE HE WAS DONE HE TOLD ME IN AN ANGRY VOICE THAT SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE AND MY UNIT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED I HAVE BEEN SITTING THERE UNCOMFORTABLY HOT FOR WEEKS IM NOT EVEN ABLE TO COOK A MEAL AND IM JUST CONTINUOSLY GETTING THE RUN AROUND IT FEELS LIKE OUTSIDE IN MY APARTMENT DAILY THIS IS GETTING OUT OF HAND IM SEEKING SOME TYPE OF HELP TO GET THIS RESOLVED ASAP THE CURRENT TEMPERATURE IN MY HOME IS 97 DEGREES!!!!! I AM VERY FRUSTRATED

    1haven't had my air working since Monday night. I been calling and maintenance request still no one came and reached a high of 92 degrees inside with kids and animals and still no help and this is something that is an emergency. I moved in on 1/7/24 and still nothing fixed but 1 thing and I have several. Please help me and the other residents from this management company
