    I have water damage in my ceiling and they didnt fix it they just painted over it.. it took them over 3 weeks to fix my ac.. I had to call the health department on them..

    All maintenance issues have been addressed and fixed. Unfortunately, the delay was caused by poor housekeeping in the unit. Our contractor was not able to address the air condition not working due to clutter blocking his access to the unit.

    There are an enormous amount of repair issues that are being ignored. There is mold, water leaks ,damaged appliances, old dirty carpet in several units and have not repaired in months, and in some instances, years, after an enormous number of repair requests in which the majority of damages are hazardous to tenants both physically and health issues.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Courts of Camp Springs.  We always strive to be responsive to our residents concerns and to offer a pleasant and safe living environment.  We are sorry to hear about the complainants complaint.  She is not a resident at the Courts of Camp Springs, although she does have a family member who lives in the building.  She has made a number of complaints about repairs that she believes need to be made.  We have been timely in our responses and have sent maintenance in to rectify the issues that she raised.  I have attached copies of the completed work orders for the unit in question.  If the resident continues to have issues with their unit, we are happy to enter and make any necessary repairs.  Because we respect our residents privacy, we do not always know what is happening within their units unless they come to us and ask us to come in.  So, while the complainant may be raising issues that she perceives in other residents units, we can only respond when these residents submit work orders for their apartments.  We cannot make repairs for things about which we have no notice.  When we do receive work orders from anyone within the building, we make every effort to respond quickly and completely.

    If the complainant wishes to discuss issues that she has with the apartment, please ask her to contact the leasing office.
