    This Citgo right on Liberty Road offers a discounted gas price for buying a car wash. At the pump I paid $12 dollars for the car wash's middle version and my gas. $52.00 total. When I went to wash the car, two orange cones blocked the car wash so I went inside to see what was happening. The gentleman inside simply said the car wash was not working but the car wash receipt was good for two weeks. I asked for a refund as I don't live close by and he refused. I am still stunned, I suggested as I left that they quit accepting payments at the pump for a car wash that is out of order. Very disappointing. Never again...
