    This is an update to my original review. There was miscommunication and the technician tried to call me but wasn't able to reach me. My phone was not set up properly and I own that. The tech wasn't able to gain access to the back yard to test and treat that area because he couldn't reach me. After leaving an unsatisfactory review, Joe, the owner personally came to my home to follow up with me and confirm that the tech did try to call me and he performed a soil test in the front yard and applied weed killer. He expressed that he would like to make things right. Joe later returned and personally performed a soil test and applied weed killer to my back yard. I appreciate Joe's thoughtfulness and personable approach to rectify the matter. He assured me that he provides a high level of service and I can definitely see that. Excellent staff, and provides great service. I can't wait to see the final results of my new lawn!

    This place is deceitful and engages in fraudulent practices. I scheduled an appointment for seed/feed and the first step is soil test. Kelsey contacted me the morning of my initial soil test to let me know the tech called out and I needed to reschedule. First red flag. Mark, the guy who wrote my estimate said he tried to call but my voicemail was full. Second red flag and lie because my phone never rang. The appointment was rescheduled with a set time of 10-11 am. The tech did not show up. I know because I work remotely and I have doorbell cameras on the front of my home. After 1 pm, I emailed to check the status. The tech lied and said he came to my home and performed the soil test and applied a fertilizer. The backyard is fenced so he couldn't get in the yard to perform a soil test without being let in. All lies because I have cameras. Furthermore, I specified that I needed to be home when services were performed so he should have knocked. The tech supposedly came to my home but never rang the doorbell or knocked on the door. He should have called but he didn't. They then had the audacity to send me an invoice for services that were not performed. Beware of this company!
