    I ordered a pair of glasses with specific lens' they took my $500 and said they could do it. They then gave me glasses with the wrong lens and told me it was a communication error on my part even though I asked in person and also received text confirmation. This business stole my money and then blamed me.

    To whom it may concern.  Due to the unavailability of the patient preferences for his prescription sunglasses from the sunglass vendor, he received sunglasses that he picked up, left our office and called us afterwards to say they were wrong.  We left a message to call us back to confirm he would be ok with us ordering a new pair within the available parameters from the sunglass vendor.  He called back and in the attempt to confirm and get clarity, he would not let the office manager speak to offer to order a new pair and get his confirmation that he would be ok with what was available.  He yelled profanities throughout the phone call and then hung up on the office manager.  All phone calls were recorded and have available, if needed.  We are also willing to let him return the sunglasses and we can refund him in the amount he paid ($385.20).  We've attached the receipt and phone calls to this reply.
