      So I ordered a refurbished iPad from them, had issues with it from day one l, had to hard reset it cause the screen would go black but would remain on, I reached out to them and they told me a few things to do if it happened again, so I had to wait and let it act up again to try something else, it finally got to the point nothing worked so I reached out to them and they said for me to mail it back, so I did, I had forgotten the iCloud password so I had to wait about a month for ***** to send me a new password, they advertised that it came with a 1 year warranty, which is the main reason that I had bought it from this place, now they are only refunding me half, never gave me the chance to submit for a warranty claim, even admitted that they handled all this wrong and told me to reach out to **** for the other half of the refund, which I tried but **** wont do anything since its been over 90 days. Told me that they also didnt have another one to replace it with and now they do, probably trying to sell the same one now.

      I want to sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience this situation has caused you. We take full responsibility for the missteps on our end and deeply regret that this has impacted your experience with us.
      To clarify, the warranty you mentioned is something exclusively offered through ****, and unfortunately, its not something we are directly involved in. That said, we should have processed a full refund once the iCloud information was removed. However, our returns team applied our return rule and subsequently charged a restocking fee, which I understand is disappointing.
      Once a restocking fee is applied, **** does not provide us with an option to issue the remaining amount directly through their platform. To resolve this, wed like to offer an alternative solution. If you could provide us with your ****** information, we will promptly issue the remaining balance to you.
      Please let me know if this solution works for you. Again, I truly apologize for any inconvenience caused, and we appreciate your patience as we work to make this right.

      I purchased 7 Apple iPhones at the advertised price of $10.52 each. The orders went through and I was charged for them. The next thing I know, I start getting cancellation notices and when I finally got a response after 2 days of trying, I’m told that was the price of “an iPhone box”. No where in the ad does it mention “box”.

      Good afternoon, I am terribly sorry to hear you had a poor experience with our company. Unfortunately, this was a glitch on the ******* website. ******* incorrectly updated the listing for phone boxes to actual iphones. Iphones would not be selling for under $11 so there is no doubt that this was most certainly an honest mistake. Once the mistake was caught on our end we did cancel and refund all orders placed, along with notify each and every customer about the glitch through the ******* system. I do apologize that this happened but we cannot afford to send out $700 iphones for only $10 a piece, we did contact ******* and they instructed us to cancel all orders. In conclusion, I do understand your frustration with the issue, unfortunately sometimes these things do happen. If there is anything more we can do to make this right please let me know and I will be more than willing to work with you, thank you so much.

      On 4/20/23, I placed order# ******************* at ********** to purchase a phone from one their merchant partners, Simple Cell, who use the name "Re-Com" on ******. After I received the phone and I did not like it. I promptly repackaged and returned to ****** within 1 week. On May 9th, ****** refunded my money. Then on June 14th, the reversed the transaction and charged me $280.58. The merchant said I did not return the phone that they shipped. Re-com stated the IMEI did not match their records. I explained to the merchant I did not do a switch and told them if they believed I did that, then to ship the phone back to me or refund my money. Re-Com or Simple Cell did not do either and kept my money and the phone.

      I attached the conversation with Re-com.

      Also, I believe Simple Cell using "Re-Com" as alias should be a concern. Are they using Re-Com due to a history of bad reviews under Simple Cell? I don't know but its odd that they didnt use their regular business name.

      Good afternoon, I am terribly sorry to hear of the issues that have occurred with this transaction. After doing some digging I can confirm the following. The phone returned to us did indeed have a different IMEI number than the one originally sent. We know this because each and every IMEI number is scanned and recorded before a phone is shipped out. I added some screenshots of this for reference.

      Secondly, I see you are interested in a full refund. I would be so happy to provide this but when going to submit the refund I did notice that a full refund was already submitted for this order on May 11th 2023. For your convenience I did attach a screenshot of this refund, including the order number. 

      If you have not received that refund please do reach out to ****** directly as they handle all payment methods. I do again apologize that it has come to this but, we do have all of the documentation that supports what lead to this difficult decision from our company. I hope you are able to locate that refund that was submitted without much distress. Please do reach back out if you have any further questions for us.
