    2/9/24. 2M Quality LLC is designated by ** ***** to perform a free inspection of water heaters in **** ** ******* community in Selbyville, DE to ensure that the correct type of pipe was installed in my home, built over seven years ago. Inspection date confirmed for today 2/9/24 with a 8-12pm window for the inspection. Scheduling and confirmation is only through phone text, no live communication. Day has arrived and the window of inspection has passed (1:19pm) and no one has shown up and no communication at all for an explanation. Unable to get in contact with anyone via the phone text line provided. Called their main office number is Sykesville, MD and the mailbox is full so no new messages are getting through. This service is completely unresponsive, do not have the resources to support their customers needs and I would highly recommend not using them. I drove 3 hours for this inspection specifically and it was a complete waste of my time, gas and personnel cost to be here.

    We apoligize for the inconvenience. The reviewer was given the incorrect address in the morning. However, we were able to get another reviewer to take pictures of the pipes later the same day.
