      Purchased a 2022 Bear Track 14x80 aluminum trailer w/side rails from RBS Auto & Trailers Sales in ********** *** Model #BTUXXXXXF (stock #EXXXXXX) for a total price of $3,714.55 on 12/17/21. During the time of purchase the trailer needed to be prepped for delivery. While this was supposed to already have been done, I went to do the paperwork while they prepped the trailer for delivery. During the processing of the paperwork a tech came in to discuss the side rails for the trailer I was purchasing. The side rails that were sent for the trailer were too short and would not fit. They already knew the long distance I had traveled to make this purchase. They assured me it wouldn't be a problem getting the correct side rails and they would have them shipped directly to my home at no charge. I had them notate this on my sales receipt - which says, "RBS will ship side rails to customer at N/C". My salesperson was Stephanie ******* (sales manager).
      I have called Stephanie numerous times and each time she told me she would check into it and get back to me. She has never returned any of the phone calls. I wrote RBS a letter dated July 14, 2022, it was sent USPS along with it being emailed, again not response. Now my calls are going unanswered.
