    On Wednesday July 20th 2022 . I took my 2006 *** **** to Roberns Auto Repair shop On New Hampshire Ave because I took my last car there . All I needed was power steering which was supposed to be done the same day . I left my car at the shop for the repairs and received 4 extra phone calls about problems with my car . Problems that I know I didnt have . Anyway I proceeded to get the problems fixed . The job took 2 weeks ! During those 2 weeks I could not get to work which caused me to be fired from my job and spend excessive amount of money on transportation .. finally on July 29th I received a phone call saying that my car was ready for pick up . I paid $1850 Cash for everything they did to my car .. I pull off from the auto shop and not even 10 minutes down the road my car completely cuts off and shuts down on me (I never ever had this problem before I took my car to them) I proceeded to get my car towed back to the shop which costed me $285 cash I have receipt for everything . Once I got back to the shop they pulled my car in the garage and proceeded to try and turn the car on . It never worked . I have pictures / video evidence of everything. On Friday July 29th 2022 I have a recording where 4 of the employees of the shop where messing around with my car trying to get it to start but it wouldn’t . During there process the RADIO WAS ON. THE AIR WAS ON THE WINDOWS AND DOORS WORKED THE KEY FOB WORKED BUT THE CAR WOULD NOT CUT ON.. I HAD TO LEAVE MY CAR OVER THE WEEKEND . August 1 2022 I return to get my car thinking it should be ready . The problems where opposite of the problems I had July 29th 2022.. meaning the car cut on but NO DOORS WORKED THE AIR DIDNT WORK THE KEY FOB DOESNT WORK THE RADIO DOESNT WORK OR THE DASHBOARD DOESNT SHOW ANYTHING OR THE GAS GAUGE . THE SHOP CAUSED PROBLEMS TO MY CAR I NEVER HAD AND I HAVE MAJOR PROOF . I was told it was nothing else they can do and I would not be refunded and I need to get my car off of there property .. ETC
