  I drove my car to them with my brakes working perfectly fine. The reason for my visit was because my 2006 *** ** had a little shaking from the front driver wheel when I reached speeds of 55. I left my truck with j benz and the estimate guy called me and said they could fix my truck so he told me he needed to fix my brakes I informed him there was nothing wrong with my brakes he then said he could fix the AC but I didn't need that just stop the shaking on the driver wheel he charged me 2380 to do other repairs 1600 was in labor and my truck still shake and I have no brakes the shop owner said it's not his problem I drove the truck home and Im taking it to midas today for repairs that j benz caused the owner told me on 3 separate occasions that my truck was fixed finally I just paid them and took my truck after being lied to so many times I would like the 1600 I paid them in labor because they didn't fix the issues I went there for and I want the cost of what it's gonna cost me to repair a brake problem j benz caused j benz said they would fix the brakes for 1000.00 dollars more so if ***** if my breaks I want j benz to reimburse my funds for ***** repairs and I want to warn others about j benz I'm not the first person they did this to

  **************** brought his *** ** to the shop because of the vibration problem while driving. The estimate was made based on the initial diagnosis which was accepted by the customer. After replacing the parts, the problem continued, our service consists of working on the vehicle until it is repaired, without further charges, however, we could no longer continue working on the car because **************** in an arrogant attitude decided to take it.
  The problem with the brakes is due to corrosion in the brake lines, this corrosion was not caused by us, obviously, however we repaired them and additionally replaced the brake master cylinder without any additional charge. **************** is lying when he says we notified him of a $1000 fee to repair the brakes.
  We attach photographs of the corrosion in the brake lines and the invoice # **** duly signed.
  The people at ***** can confirm that all invoiced parts have been replaced, also, the repair of the brake lines and the brake master cylinder.
  We told **************** that we would work on his vehicle until it was repaired and He feels satisfied, but he forced us take the car off the lifter and take it away. If **************** decide to let us finish our job, our shop is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm and Saturday from 9am to 5pm.
