    I purchased my car in June of 2023 and still have paper tags. I've called several times to no avail to have this resolved. Very poor customer service.

    On May 14, 2022 I purchased a 2014 ****** ***** . On the day of the purchase there was no radio working or a back up camera . The dealership promised to replace the radio and never did . This car as been having a lot of problems . The passenger side control came apart , the car axle came off . And I only had this car since May not even 6 months . Every time I reached out to the dealership to get them to fix the radio they gave me the run around . And I was also told to purchase the radio myself and they would reimbursed which I found crazy because the car suppose to come with a workimg radio and back up camera . Lots of fuse inside the car isnt working also .

    *** ***** I apologize for the inconvenience of this matter. However I want to offer a clear explanation on what transpired. On May 14th the day you purchased the 2014 ***** the dealership did promise to replace your radio. Upon looking for your radio we discovered that your OEM radio would be very hard to find. Our solution to your problem was to install an aftermarket radio with the features of a back-up camera and *********. Nothing short of what the vehicle originally had. You declined. That option is still available to you because we did promise to fix it. Your control arm is unfortunately your problem to resolve. We have a 30 day 1000 mile warranty that covers engine and transmission only. Even still we were not made aware of the control arm issue at all. We hope to fix the radio issue and even help out with the control arm. I do again apologize for the inconvenience of this matter. We look forward to helping you and our community in the future.
