      I had my car parked at my residence (apartment parking lot) on 10/31. I walked out to go to work on 11/01 and my car was missing. I called the towing company (TCL Towing) on 7929B *************************** and they said I had expired tags. I said what do you mean? The manager **** said your sticker is 2024. We ran your tags and it said it expired on Sep 2024. Its now Nov 2024. I said to them - if you ran my tags, you can then clearly see then my tags are not expired. I got them renewed last month. The man said sorry maam you have expired tags on your car. They took my car without any notice or notification. In the state of ********, no tow company is allowed to just take a car with expired tags without a warning note on the car. In order to get my car back I had to pay $175 cash because apparently their card terminal was down which I believe was a lie so they can pocket the money. I had $180 cash and I said can I have my $5 change? They said they dont give change.

      My vehicle was towed by this company located at *************************************** I called from about 6:45 AM and no one answered the phone until 9AM, even as a 24 hours business. I arrived to the location to see over three people waiting and no one on site (which is fine). The young man arrived around 9:15 and assisted with the return of the vehicle. Following that, they had no driver available to retrieve my car stuck at the back of their lot, the one driver that arrived amongst new customers (almost 10 people) assisted with getting the vehicle out including damages to other vehicles. I had to call the police for this asinine company to retrieve my vehicle. I was stuck in their lot for over 2 hours from my arrival to their location. Attached are the video and photos of the situation. I and several other had to call the police for them to even proceed to find a driver. For the time that was wasted for not having a driver until 11AM, when people had been waiting from 7AM (not answer the phone).

      On 8/13/24 @ 1:03am car was towed from Top of The Hill apartments. Parking permit was visible in car window. TCL Towing company is operating illegally and business is currently not in Good Standings with State of MD according to business documents attached. Business also is not operating at **************** shown on business documents. Tow documents show incorrect address that vehicle was towed from and also disclosures at bottom of Invoice state that Pursuant to section 29-142.10 of Prince ******** County Code regarding right to hearing. Code provided on document is purposefully incorrect, County code regarding vehicle towing is 26-142.12 Video evidence to show that other vehicles in parking lot at same time with NO temp parking pass and not in visitor spot were not towed.

      Man at towing company is extremely rude and nasty. He also was smoking weed inside the tow company building, while a toddler was present. I had to step out the building because I have asthma. They have targeted me and towed my vehicle from my parking spot and refused to reimbursement when I proves my parking permit was present. They also lie to prevent providing services they have been contracted to do. A vehicle was left parked in my spot ans they refused to move it even though legally they are supposed to. They also lied about information from my hoa. I attempted to get the owners information or speak to someone other than this disrespectful man but he hung up on me over 10 times and refused to provide his name or the owners name so i could follow up with them regarding a complaint and service. I have attempted since december to reach someone but he has intercepted my attempts

      My vehicle was towed from my residence for dead tags. I assumed it was stolen, but spent over 2 hours trying to get in touch with a 24 hour tow company for them to say they didnt have my vehicle. I reported it stolen (12/22/2023) because it wasnt in the county impound database. I spent $180 on a rental (12/23/23). Spoke with my landlord on Christmas Day about a temp parking pass where she informed me of other vehicles towed for deads tags, but no word of a truck. Instantly I called the tow company after. I spoke with a very rude man named ***. He swore my vehicle was there and it would cost $375 to get it that day. I told him his colleague said my truck wasnt there after providing the last 6 of my VIN number on the date of the incident. *** didnt ask for me to verify my vehicle not once, but swore it was there and wouldnt budge about the price to release it. I went to the place for him to repeat it all again, but very nasty. I called the county police for my vehicle to STILL not be in the system, but it was at the tow yard?! *** told me my vehicle was towed at two different times and blamed the country for lack of paperwork processing. I HAD TO CALL THE COUNTY POLICE TO GET MY VEHICLE BACK! While they explained that it was never processed. Something very fishy, as if they tried to steal my truck in blindsight. Once retrieving my vehicle, they illegally broke into it and stole certain items and memorabilia from me. I understand BBB doesnt deal with the legal portion, but this business (I use that term loosely) should investigated and inevitably shutdown. Considering they stole from me in more ways than one, and I havent gone to the courts they should refund me for misappropriated funds. If they simply did there job I would not have gone to extreme measures by reporting my vehicle stolen and spending money I did not have at the time on a rental. Seeking a fair resolution, ultimately.

      This company is violating maryland law by not accepting credit cards and by not being open 24 hours for vehicle claims. I called at 8am on a Saturday when somebody finally answered the phone. They said they didnt open until 10am. Maryland law clearly states they are suppose to be open 24/7 for vehicle claims. They also did not state a cause for towing my vehicle which was parked legally. This company is not following the law.

      TCL towing towed motor car, I paid what ever fee they stated and I also paid for them to Redeliver my vehicle they did. I requested them to call me when they drop it off they did not. I have a huge dent in my car. I called to speak to the owner. The person at the front desk is being completely disrespectful and noncompliant.

      On May/4/23 at 2:00am they towed my truck and when I got to the lot at 9:02am my car it was damaged to my bummer and plastic piece around the tire. So I spoke with one guy who then called the manager **** who said call back @2pm. **** was the one who towed my truck and he said he didn’t do the Damage he put it on a dolly and no way he did it. He told me call my insurance and do a claim and the police he not paying for it. He know he didn’t **** it up. It’s my word against him the pictures he took don’t show that.
