A concrete patio was installed by Driveways 2Day back in September of 2024. There are 3 hairline cracks going across four panels of the patio. When contacting the company I was told that they couldnt do anything about the cracks - its been only six months and they are basically ignoring my calls and not trying to do anything to stand behind their work. An appointment for today, 3/15 for them to come out and see the cracks. No show and I had to call to see where they were. The salesman said he was at ********** - very unprofessional. I would like the owner of this company to come out and look at this work and fix this problem. I havent even enjoyed my patio one season. Paid over $15k for a crappy job and unprofessional people.

Please see accompanying documentation outlining the complaint submitted to you on March 15, 2025 and received by us on March 18, 2025.  Should you require further clarification please dont hesitate to reach out to our office at *************.

On June 24, 2024 Ms. **** contacted our office and scheduled a consultation with our consultant.  He met with her and discussed her desire to have a patio and sitting wall installed along the back side of her home.  ***** provided her options of using concrete pavers or concrete.  Ms. **** chose the alternative option which was concrete.    Her contract was signed and work was to commence after August, 2024.  The formal contact which is Exhibit-A was sent to our office.

The work commenced as scheduled on September 10, 2024.  After that time our region experienced below-average temperatures and as a result hairline fractures began to occur.  Fractures are almost always expected in concrete and is why the wire mesh is so important.  Ms. **** began noticing these imperfections and directly asked her consultant ***** to please come by and check on the area.  He did so in January and asked for her to please wait for the area to thaw and contact us back in the spring.

Beginning in March Ms. **** reached out to our office directly asking for ***** to please come back by and look over the area.  He did so again and spoke to her once more.  Their discussion was Ms. **** asking for us to c*** the area and seal.  ***** advised against cocking the cracks as it would make it look more noticeable.  She then asked for him to revisit the site while she was there to go over her options.  ***** informally made an appointment for the weekend of March 14th and asked for her to reach out to him to schedule a time.  When she did the time expected for ***** to arrive conflicted with prior obligations he had.  Ms. **** then went to your site and others and expressed her dis-satisfaction regarding the communication with consultant see Exhibit-B1 and Exhibit B-2.

Our office reached out to Ms. **** and scheduled a time to meet.  Going over all her concerns we concluded that it was in the best interest to provide Ms. **** a complimentary Sealant to protect her investment and a one time check of $250.00 towards any outdoor accessory.  Her check and letter were mailed to her on March 20th and a copy of letter is noted as Exhibit-C.

Once more should you or your staff have any questions or concerns, please dont hesitate to reach out to our office at: *************.

    Thank you for your time,
    Driveways 2Day
