    My sister is totally blind and this company said that she could use their phone without any problems. Received the phone in March and called and emailed them repeatedly for assistance with setting it up. No one has ever responded. Made 4 payments totalling $210.80. has since cancelled remaining payments and returned phone. Still have not heard anything from them.

    Wanted refund for a sight impaired phone. I ordered this cell phone on January 29, 2024 because I am sight impaired and paid with my credit card.. No responses after several calls and emails. Paid $569.00 for cell phone and case. Asked for a refund because phone was too difficult to use even by my cell service rep. Last call was made on May 29th to their customer service and again asked what the status was on my refund and informed them it would be my last request. No response so on June 5, 2024 I mailed back the phone with my order number, my reference number and the RMA number plus copies of email that were not responded to, with ***. I have the $17.84 receipt with Blindshell USA address which I sent back this phone showing mailed to their correct address in Timonium, MD.
    Today is June 9th and have not received any comments. Will follow thru with the Maryland State Attorney General office.
