      I ordered heated mirror glass for drivers side mirror for a 2008 Toyota sienna. Nowhere on the website while ordering did it state that the order was is USD. This ended up being a significant oversight and misrepresentation for a Canadian costumer like myself. My understanding was that I would be paying $75.85 CAN. This is a standard feature online businesses to price in the currency of the customer, or at minimum declare the currency that the price is in (especially for customers from other countries). It is very deceiving to not provide any details regarding currency. The cost in CAN $ ended up being 109.68. This is more than %150 cost compared to what I believed was advertised at time of purchase. I could and would have chosen to buy a whole replacement mirror with mount for less than $109.68. So it was not only deceptive but resulted in excessive expense. I reached out to Mirror Glass Plus after receiving an invoice email where for the first time it showed the currency in USD. I informed them I would attempt to reverse the transaction and report the concern to BBB if there was not a satisfactory response. Regardless of how they handle my situation I believe they should change their website to display the currency their prices are in. Until then, other buyers should be informed. -*******

      The business called me and offered me a discount, and refunded me the difference between what the list price was and what I paid. They also assured me they would be correcting their website to properly display units in USD. I am satisfied with their response.
