The validity of this shop's inspection services is definitely shady and suspect! On 05/15/2025, I took my 2015 Bentley to this recommended shop for a valid Maryland State Inspection! The results are everything passed but aftermarket tinted windows? With that said, the so-called manager, ***** *****, who lies, told me on this date that once I get the tint removed and bring my vehicle back for reinspection, I should have no problem passing and receiving my inspection certificate. Well! Stay with me now ... the key words, as mentioned earlier, is "everything passed but aftermarket tinted windows?" On 05/30/2025, I took my vehicle back to this shop with clear, un-tinted windows for my reinspection, in which they put my car back up on the lift to see if they could find something else? I knew something was "fishy" because a guy there named Brett asked to see my original inspection report with one of their mechanics right near him. I obliged and sat back down. After a few minutes passed, ***** ***** came in with this bogus explanation that he could not pass my inspection because my rotors are under specifications even though this was not stated in writing on the initial report? I told him in his lobby in front of all of his other customers that this was not what he initially told me on 05/15/2025 and that this was not acceptable! Of course, he stated he did not remember saying that and offered to show me this rotor matter on my car?
NO FREAKING WAY! I told them to bring my car down off the lift and I would be going elsewhere for my inspection!
Bottom line is 1) a person who is able to afford a very high end vehicle who looks different than the shop personnel will be tested and tried unnecessarily (if you know what I mean) ; and 2) my poor review is not the first on **** of this auto service provider (regarding an inspection)! Lastly, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Do not patronize them by any means (particularly if you are a minority)! They really deserve a half a star!

On May 16th we inspected Mr. ****** 2015 Bentley. When the car was finished with the inspection, I informed Mr. ***** that the aftermarket tint needed to be removed. When Mr. ***** returned for the re-inspection on May 30th, we noticed that on the original inspection form the front brake rotors had also failed. They were noted in the report as passing, but under the brake specs section it was noted that they were under specification.I then informed the inspector to pull the car in to confirm the reading of the brake rotors. This is when I informed Mr. ***** that the front brake rotors also failed and showed him in his inspection report and apologized for the mistake.I then asked Mr. ***** if I could show him the reading on his car, at which time my inspector apologized for the mistake. We never said anything inappropriate to Mr. ***** and treated him with the upmost respect. I never tried to sell him anything and even told him I wouldnt charge him for the re-inspection. The fact that he attacked my character is what upset me the most. I dont lie or treat anyone different from the next.
