I saw an ad on ******** (VeteransVee - now ThatopBroker) and reached out to ****** about the process and explained the whole process start to finish. Ebony told me the brokers fee was done through square-up on line on 2 /24/25 and that got us started. We discussed things with them for about a month on what we were looking for and ****** directed us to a on line link to fill out the sheet that would help them look for vehicles we would be interested in. March 10th we reached out to ***** as we haven't heard anything from them. We asked about being there for the auction and pay then, but ****** explained that the auctions started early in the mornings and he would need the money in his account for the purchase, a check would take a week to clear and opportunities would pass you by. We met them at their office on 3/21/25 and looked at vehicles with them on line of things we wanted. Me and my husband asked questions about the process again both **** and ****** explained we should be able to get what were looking for and that they had an auto body shop they could utilize if things were not as intended and would make it right. They talked about business logo floor mats for us, they could also do the tags and title. Ebony showed up greets us. We signed the contract, and **** gave us the receipt. I had text Ebony on 3/25/25 to see if we had won any of the vehicles we were shown on 3/21/25. I got a message from ******* Crowffey she sent picture of SUV's but it was nothing that I had expressed interest in at the meeting. Then i got nothing no text no calls. On 5/15/25 I text ****** requesting my money back, no response. I also text, Ebony and ******* I wanted my money back. On 5/28/25 ****** text me back saying he has disconnected himself from vehicle veterans due to unforeseen circumstances. I have reached out multiple time to ******, Ebony, *******,and ******* and even have to tried working things out to negotiate but they are unwilling to give me a answer.
