    On July 20, 2023, I was interviewed by Ms. ******** *********, owner of The Match Pro, a business dedicated to helping individuals find a relationship with another individual. Ms. ********* did a Zoom interview; we talked about my past relationships & what I was seeking. I had tried dating apps but found them unsuccessful. Ms. ********* explained that I should update an earlier profile that I had done and I completed this. She said the profile submission was free and for informational purposes with no guaranteed introductions. I was told to pay a $295.00 fee which I did. Ms. ********* did indicate something specific to me--that she would likely have an ideal date in the near future, a woman near York, PA. On August 21, 2023, I inquired again and she mentioned "I have one lady in mind who works in York, PA. She was away and I have been busy. I will reach out to her later this week. I hope to add some other MD people in the coming weeks. Stay well." I never heard back from Ms. ********* until October 25, 2023, when I asked for a full refund of the $295.00 fee since I had never heard anything from her and had just entered into a relationship with someone I met locally. I paid the fee and received nothing. When Ms. ********* wrote on 10/25/2023, she claimed "unfortunately, the fee is not refundable and you paid for a PR-preferred resource/coaching concept, not a matchmaking plan. There was never a guarantee that I would have an introduction in the immediate future. The candidate I had was not ready to meet someone when I spoke to her at length. She had some personal things that needed working out before meeting anyone." Ms. ********* goes on with comments that I still have time left under my agreement. She ended her reply with "You are a great catch." I subsequently sent her a letter on October 26, 2023 asking for a settlement of 50% and received no response.
    ($ 147.50) which would settle our differences . I have received no response.
