    We recently hired this company to drop notepads at homes in a particular residential zip code in California. It has been an AWFUL experience. We signed a contract with them on 9/1/22 that stated they would begin the campaign within 7 business days. The manager told me our predetermined route would take 16 business days to complete. So the campaign should have been completed September 30th. It's now October 7th and they haven't even picked up half of the notepads from our office to distribute. I have to call and email them weekly and then always say they will respond with an update and never provide the updates. They also put in their sales pitch that you will receive photo proof of delivery throughout the campaign. I have yet to receive a single photo even after asking multiple times. I think this company is a complete scam at worst and just awful with management and customer service at best. One of the very worst vendors I have ever worked with.

    The company has called me to rectify their actions. They are completing the services and have asked me to withdraw my complaint. I am willing to do that since they are now communicating with me and completing their work. Can someone please get back to me on this? thank you
