    Horrible. They take your money, never send the products, don’t respond to any calls or texts or emails. After waiting for a month like that if you dispute the charge they lie and say they sent you the products and charge you again! They are Liars and have been doing this to tons of people for quite awhile now. You get a confirmation they received your order, they take your money immediately and then disappear

    It has been over two months. Like others, if you call they say it will come next week. Now nobody will reply to my calls or emails. It’s a fraudulent business who will take your money and disappear.

    I purchased product from this company. They never sent it. They never sent a tracking number. They won't reply to my emails or texts. I disputed it with my credit card company and they lied and said I received the product that I did not. They will not provide proof that I received the product just lies. I'm not the only person this has happened to. Buyer beware! Scam company!

    I ordered Gummies 4/13/23. I texted them 4/30 and was told order would ship that week. On 5/17 I still hadn’t received. Phone number was never available, so I texted request for refund. Thankfully I was refunded. I had never had this problem so I did a little digging and discovered There are two businesses with very similar names. The one I’ve had great service from is CBD Supply Maryland.com located in Baltimore. The one with such poor service is the one on this page, CBD Supply MD.com headquartered in Towson. Buyer beware!

    My mother placed an order with this company on June 2nd to purchase gummies. She did not receive, so we contacted the company to inquire about the order. We were told that the shipment that the store received was melted and that once they received another order, it would be sent. As of July 12th, we had not received so we once again contacted the company. This time both phone numbers had mailboxes that were full. We contacted the credit card company and disputed the charge. On August 16th, my mother received the gummies. They had been mailed on August 11th and they were completed melted together. We tried to call the company, which now stated some type of Computer Repair service, and once again the mailbox was full, we returned the gummies which cost $18.55 to ship back. Definitely stay away from this company.
