      I spoke with Denise 9/12/23 and set up a monthly payment plan of $50 for the account balance. I have faithfully made payments ; in October was only able to pay $25. GBMC turned the account over to collections. I cannot reach anyone at GBMC to find out why. Per GBMC's financial assistance policy statement page 4 section G patient may request a payment plan of equal monthly payments in full over a maximum of 18 months, with a minimum monthly payments no less than $25 dollars per month. This is what I have done. I want my credit report corrected, and I want my bill reinstated to be paid through GBMC.

      February 7th I had a procedure completed that was instructed to me as a preventative procedure. Due to improper coding I received a bill for $1,900 dollars and another for $283.00 for other related surgical costs. I reached out to the customer service department and spoke to a Ranna and she was great. Explained my issues as well as she stated concerns with how things were handled and I was to be contacted. Ranna reached back out and explained the $283.00 and I paid this bill. the $1,900.00 bill was unavailable in her system and held up by complaint/grievance I filed and was not available. Ranna at sometime instructed me to contact the billing department and since March I was not able to get anyone and was on hold 2 to 3 times a week for over 30 minutes with no one answering. Finally after months since receiving bill June 1 I contacted someone name ******* W through the number Ranna provided. ******* was rude and would not resolve my issue and stated I had a Grievance which had nothing to do with claim or discussion. She put me to her boss ********* ********* and i have contacted 4 times since June 1 with no call back or response regarding my questions and wanting to resolve the bill. All steps i have followed have resulted in no resolution or attempt to resolve the invoice or charge issues. Multiple departments i have talked to in **** when I am directed agreed and addressed that the steps followed to resolve and well as prior to the procedure were not followed to explain how the process would work based on my status and age. I am will to resolve this matter ASAP with who over can handle but no one from each department I am directed will contact me back at my request.

      To Whom It May Concern,My wife, ******* Mirkheshit, who is pregnant and has been a patient of **** for the last eight months. Three times in October, November, and December 2022, and since she could not feel the movement of the baby, we visited the **** emergency room. However, while the reason behind our visits were the same, we ended up receiving different bills for our visit in November and December. For the one in December, the doctor in charge, by mistake referred to a car accident as the reason behind our visit, that is why, the hospital never sent the bill to our insurance *********** Blue Shield). As a result, they have been sending us the bill rather than charging our insurance. My wife was never involved in any car accident, so the document/report needed to be fixed. Since December 14, we have called the hospital, including the relations manager and billing manager more than 18 times and have left numerous messages. We have also sent many emails to others in charge but have not received any response. On January 23, my wife submitted a request (attached) to have the report corrected but this issue has not been fixed yet. This lack of responsiveness is so unprofessional and unethical, not to mention how it would affect the health of their patients and their family members. This situation has been very frustrating and I am seriously concerned that this level of stress would jeopardize my wife's health and her pregnancy.

      Every time i call they never return my calls i am trying to pay my payment plan and change my methond pf payment for payment plan and add other bills to my payment plan
