    My issue with Amber is that I put a deposit down and later found out I could not have the procedure done because of a procedure. I had done the previous week. Told Amber I had to reschedule it and Ive never been able to reach her again. My best friend put a very large deposit $450 and has not been able to reach Amber for months now.

    I booked a follow up appointment on July 21, with Amber and paid my 2nd session in advance. On the day of the appointment she canceled and said she would follow up. I have called, emailed and texted several times. She has never responded. I requested a refund of services I have never received. I am requesting my money back.

    I requested and paid $410 to Amber Hirsch to have permanent jewelry applied for my daughters and I. When scheduling the appointment I was told I had to pay $100 deposit for each of us and pick out the bracelet design we wanted. The final price was to be determined once she had the required measurements. When we arrived the day of the appointment, we were not taken until 1.5 hours after our scheduled time. She also informed us that a temporary anklet would be applied until the permanent anklet came in. My daughter picked her design at the appointment but Amber was unable to locate an anklet design I wanted so she said she would research it and get back to me with some options. I had to pay an additional $210 for my daughters anklet the day of the appointment. She said once the anklets came in we would come back for her to apply them. I sent multiple messages in the following weeks/months to check on whether she had found options for my anklet and if my daughters had come in. She gave several excuses as to why she was delayed. Eventually, she stopped responding altogether, therefore, I requested to receive a full refund or apply the money towards another one of her services. She did not respond to those requests either. She has now blocked my phone number and has blocked me and my family/friends from all social media platforms. I also submitted a refund request through *****, however, she denied that request. I am requesting to receive a full refund of $410 since no services were provided for what the money was paid to her for.

    I had an appointment to get my eyebrows microbladed on September 16 2024. Amber Cancelled the same day and then ghosted me on text and ********. I reached out multiple times over two months being respectful of her. She clearly has no intention of paying me back for my deposit or doing my appointment. I went to ****** and found that she has done this exact thing to several other people. She has continued to get away with this until someone imposes actual consequences.

    I went to this business to get my eyebrows, micro bladed included with my appointment was a touch up to be performed within a specific time frame which I scheduled and paid for. The day before the appointment, I did a check in and she canceled my appointment and told me she was sick. I sent messages to her probably *********************** never replying after reading ****** reviews. She did this too many other people as well so basically, she stole money and did not provide the service she promised.

    This person is a scammer and thief. She makes you pay in advance for appointments and then completely ghosts you. She doesnt respond to texts or calls. And her office in ****** is completely closed.

    I made a couple of payments for a eye brow service that was not complete- I requested my money back and she has not made full restitution (after saying she would)- she admits the service was not complete and also canceled the last two appointments which would have completed the service- for each of these last two appointments I was never advised that she no longer had an open business in the location where I was to go for my appts (her business was completely moved/closed and never told me, all while I scheduled two appts)- she is ghosting me and has not fulfilled our agreement. I understand that she has done this to others and also did not complete the service for my daughter- I have requested my money back and she agreed (she did credit my daughter back done monies but not me) very poor customer service- she provided not only poor customer service she had no intention of fulfilling our agreement- very poor business practice- I understand there are other complaints against her as well

    On Saturday May 11th a gift card was purchased from this business by my husband in the amount of $300 and gifted to myself for Mothers Day. This business provides permanent makeup services. An appointment was set for 6/26/24 at 11am. On 6/26/24 at 8:30am said business emailed a business agreement along with an invoice for a required $100 deposit to hold the appointment time slot. All required paperwork and money were sent to the business by 9:30am 6/26/24. I arrived to the business at 11am for my scheduled appointment. The business owner told me she was running late. I waited 45mins without an update from the business owner and tried getting in contact with her multiple times. I finally let the business owner know that I would be leaving and asked her to reschedule me for the appointment that she failed to show for. The business owner has failed to respond and no further appointments or correspondence have been acknowledged. My family and paid this business owner money for a service that she has failed to provide and did not show for an appointment that was scheduled. All paperwork and proof of payments can be provided. We are asking for a refund from the business which has also not been acknowledged.
