    I booked a stay for this location for the wrong day through a third party. The third party told me to speak to the front desk at this location to see about adjusting the booking date, as they could not fix it on their end. I spoke to several "managers" regarding this issue, and they refused to issue a refund or adjust the date. I was never checked into the hotel for the night of April 21st, as I was already in ********. I simply want my money refunded, as I did not receive the service of staying at the hotel. I have stayed with the Comfort Inn group before and have never had an issue until now. I was deeply disappointed by this experience and will no longer stay at this location in the future.

    On October 18, 2024, I reserved a room at the aforementioned hotel at the above location for 5 nights, October 24, 2024, thru October 29, 2024 and paid in full in advance. Upon arrival, I proceeded to the front desk and informed the individual behind the desk that i would need to obtain door keys for room 228. With no problems or having to provide any form of identification, I received 2 door keys. I proceed to the room, and immediately upon entering this room it reeked of bad odor that i had to cover my nose and mouth as i further inspected the rest of the room. There is absolutely no way this room is safe for occupancy, nor is it acceptable in the condition it is in. This room could not have been cleaned or sanitized with the amount of dust and dirt found in the drawers, under the chair cushions, and between the bed sheets as indicated on the pictures provided. I immediately returned to the front desk and informed the person on duty ******** that there was no way i could stay in that room with the condition it was in. ****** then informed me that they are all booked up and do not have any available rooms to move me too and that i would have to wait till Monday and see if any rooms become avaiable. I then told ****** that there was no possible way i could stay in this room in the poor condition it was in and i am cancelling my reservation with them and requesting a full refund. ****** told me i would have to come back on Monday and speak to ******* who is the manager and the only person who handles refunds. So after waiting 2 days, i went back to Comfort Inn on Monday, October 28th and spoke with ******* and infornmed her of this incident and request for a full refund. ******* took down my information and told me she would submit my refund request into her systems portal and to allow 3-5 business days for someone to be getting a hold of me. It is now November 5th and i am back home in ******** and i still have not heard from anyone from Comfort Inn,

    Email has been sent to ****** and CCd ******* ****** regarding the complaint. We have offered her compensation back for her stay pending her approval. Our apologies for not responding sooner as the information on the complaint was incorrect regarding the arrival date (guest arrived on 10/25/25) number of nights she was staying (stayed 4 nights) and the first name on the reservation (which was **********) which is mentioned in the email.
